Making a Claim
A dedicated claims team is provided to ensure you enjoy a pleasant and efficient claims experience. Making a claim will be a simple process providing you prepare properly. These notes are provided to help you.
You should notify the Claims Office by telephone on 0845 241 2162 . The claims office may give you details of your nearest authorised repairer, or you may choose your preferred repairer providing they are vat registered.
Your repairer must telephone the claims administrator also to obtain a claim authority number. Do not proceed with or authorise repairs until the claim is authorised by the claims administrator.
Your repairer must have the following information to hand when requesting authorisation;
- Warranty or validation certificate number,
- Total cost of repair,
- Nature of claim,
- Current mileage,
- Warranty holders name,
- Indication of service history.
